IMPORTANT MESSAGE - 30.12.21 We are aware that some token holders are still awaiting a response from MEXC support OR are being asked for a payment to investigate. We are in contact with MEXC support to clear outstanding support cases. Please note that charges for tracking down OLD tokens is MEXC policy and is outside of our control, however we engaged with them to help holders as a short term solution. Please remember that you should STOP sending your old BXX tokens to MEXC If you are holding tokens in a private wallet, you must follow the procedure below to convert them. Do you have the BAANX app and are KYC cleared? Yes - Send into the BAANX app wallet and it will be converted. You must be KYC cleared in order to send the NEW tokens back out to your private wallet. No - For those who can’t clear KYC or the app is not available to them, please follow the below steps. 1. Contact our support team 2. Transfer your token to our BXX return wallet, our support team will provide the address. 3. Once you have sent your funds to the provided wallet address, please send to our support a link/screenshot for the transaction in order for us to be able to return your tokens to the wallet that they were being held in. 4. The process can take up 24 hours once we receive your tokens. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any requests to have tokens sent to an alternative wallet, they can only be returned to the address you have sent them from. Going forward please refer to the above procedure for converting old tokens and be sure to check the contract address when sending tokens.
