We've hired some experienced new team members to help us achieve this, all with the focus of improving the token programme for our community and beyond! During October we welcomed 3 new team members. Simon Jones: Director Baanx Group, Head of Token, Loyalty and Rewards. Simon has joined the team in a new role, leading the token programme, loyalty and rewards. This role has become increasingly important as we continue to put more customers live. Simon’s background is in Finance and technology, having spent the first 10 years of his career in TradFi. He moved into VC focusing on early stage Fintech, Cybersecurity and crypto projects for a major US Endowment. He has been involved in advising a number of early stage projects in the Solana ecosystem and has been a team member at projects backed by Alameda Research, Jump Crypto, CMC, Sino Global and other leading investors in space. George Godsal: Strategic Advisor - Communications. Communications veteran George Godsal has joined the team in an advisory capacity. Specifically focusing on the token programme and developing the communication function as the programme enters an exciting new period with the launch of BXX+ and the go live on Ledger CL (amongst others). George was formerly global head of communications at crypto exchange BitMEX. Alongside his work with Baanx, George runs REKT Partners, a specialist communications consultancy focussed on the crypto sector. Bradley Cartledge: Sales Project Account Manager Bradley joined Baanx earlier this year. Working closely with the Global Sales team, his role involves reaching out and building relationships with prospective partners, as well as dealing with all clients - from inception to completion. He will also be assisting the BCD Development team in the Account and Project management of the client projects. Bradley's background in sales, business development and account management within financial services sectors will undoubtedly help to build and successfully launch the new BXX programme. Very exciting news during Ledger's Op3n event in NYC! The CL Card Powered by Ledger, made possible by Baanx, was presented to the US market for the first time. It was announced that the card is available and being used in the UK for beta testers. "You don't need to spend crypto to use this card. You can use your crypto as collateral!" On top of that, you can earn up to 2% cashback in BXX.

We secured key licenses, key partnerships and a stake in Maxwell State Bank US that enables us to bring Cryptodraft to the US in 2022 to millions of users within our key corporate client communities. Our partnership with Ledger has been well received by the community with over 150K signups to the waiting list so far and global visibility for Baanx. We will continue to bring more functionality for BXX through the Cryptodraft product and other new products on the roadmap for 2022. The Tezos Crypto Life app was tested in 6 markets and we recently secured the necessary licensing to bring Tezos Cryptodraft to the UK and the rest of the EEA, our expectation that interest free Cryptodraft services will be the fastest growing product line for Baanx & BXX in 2022 globally. Please remember that you should STOP sending your old BXX tokens to MEXC If you are holding tokens in a private wallet, you must follow the procedure below to convert them. Do you have the BAANX app and are KYC cleared? Yes - Send into the BAANX app wallet and it will be converted. You must be KYC cleared in order to send the NEW tokens back out to your private wallet. No - For those who can’t clear KYC or the app is not available to them, please follow the below steps. 1. Contact our support team 2. Transfer your token to our BXX return wallet, our support team will provide the address. 3. Once you have sent your funds to the provided wallet address, please send to our support a link/screenshot for the transaction in order for us to be able to return your tokens to the wallet that they were being held in. 4. The process can take up 24 hours once we receive your tokens. Unfortunately, we are not able to accept any requests to have tokens sent to an alternative wallet, they can only be returned to the address you have sent them from. Going forward please refer to the above procedure for converting old tokens and be sure to check the contract address when sending tokens. Following on from our previous announcement regarding the contract switch. Our team and MEXC’s team will begin the process today at 12:00GMT. The process could take approximately 2 hours. During the switching process, your in-app BXX tokens will appear as BXXV1. This will be corrected once the process is over. Please note the send/receive options will be paused while tokens are transferred over. If your wallets are on MEXC or Baanx app the process is automatic and there is nothing you need to do. For those with private wallets please send them to your Baanx account. Rest assured, your tokens will be reflected correctly once our team has completed the switchover.
